DUMPSTER

TACTICAL INTELLIGENCE & STRATEGY
The Dumpster in Arc Raiders is a large outdoor waste container found in the streets, alleys, and other areas. It's a niche container, but the loot pool is more varied than you'd expect from something you're literally digging through trash. The standout drops are Film Reel and Dog Collar. Film Reels are a solid valuable; they have good sell value and are worth grabbing whenever they appear. The Dog Collar is necessary to upgrade the Scrappy, niche but genuinely useful if you're working through relevant progression content. If you're on a quest that needs one, knowing Dumpsters are a source is worth filing away. The rest of the pool - Canister, Plastic Parts, and Speaker Component - is the scrappy recyclable tier. Not exciting, and you'll have plenty from other sources, but they're not dead weight if your inventory has room. Fabric rounds out the pool as a common crafting material, reliable but unremarkable. Is it worth looting? Situationally. If you're running through the Village on Blue Gate and one is on your path, the Film Reel and Dog Collar potential makes it a quick worthwhile stop, especially if you are in need of some guap. If you're specifically farming Dog Collars for a quest or Scrappy upgrade, Dumpsters should be on your checklist for those sectors. Otherwise it's a low-priority container - useful when convenient, not worth detouring for. It's trash, but occasionally it's profitable trash.
