BOX LOCKER

The Box Locker is a compact, relatively small, box-shaped locker that stands out from the taller locker types. It's most heavily concentrated in Stella Montis and Blue Gate Underground - two of the higher-stakes areas - which should tell you something about the quality of what's inside. This is one of the better containers in the game. The loot pool skews toward high-value categories: Blueprints, Mods, Quick-Use items, and valuables all appear with relatively good odds compared to other containers. Blueprints alone make this a priority stop - these are the items that define build progression and sell for serious money when you don't need them personally. The Quick-Use items are solid raid sustain, and the valuables round out the run nicely. Box Lockers aren't the most common container you'll find, but they cluster well in the sectors they do appear in. If you're running Stella Montis or Blue Gate Underground, building your route around Box Locker spawns is a legitimate strategy - hitting several in one sweep can net a high-value haul without much additional risk or time investment. The short version: if you see a Box Locker, open it. It's one of the containers where the expected value per loot action is high enough that skipping it is almost always the wrong call, regardless of what else is in your inventory. They spawn in huge clusters as well, allowing you to gain tons of items quickly.
