A reasonably sized, thin gray box attached to the wall with a black screen near the top. This is another very niche container that seems to only spawn on Stella Montis in areas such as the Lobby. This is one of those containers to ignore unless you are really desperate for its loot. The loot pool seems to be just Metal Parts. The thing is, however, that this container must be breached to open. The amount of time required to breach and open the container just seems not be worth it at all, especially since you are sounding to the entire lobby where you are and what you are doing, leaving yourself vulernable to attack. I would recommend you just skip this container entirely, at all costs, due to the high vulnerability it puts you in for a measly amount of loot. There are way better sources of Metal Parts in the game, especially on maps like Stella Montis. It is a complete noob trap.
