The Beige Drawer is exactly what it sounds like — a small desk drawer, easy to overlook. It seems to exclusively spawn in the Spaceport Arrival Building sector, so it's a niche container you'll only encounter on those runs. The loot pool is mixed. The standout items are Fine Wristwatch and Medium Gun Parts. The watch sells well and gun parts are always useful for mid-tier weapon maintenance and crafting. The rest of the pool (Durable Cloth, Fabric, Torn Blanket, Duct Tape, Chemicals, Syringe) are fairly common crafting and medical material you'll find in plenty of other containers too. Beige Drawers are worth a quick loot if you're passing by as the action is fast and the Fine Wristwatch alone justifies the stop if you are in need of money. There is also a chance of getting other valuable items such as Blueprints, Mods, and other utilitarian items but this, of course, is rare. But they shouldn't be a priority target if you're on a focused run. If you're farming gun parts or cloth materials specifically in the Spaceport area, these are a decent supplementary source alongside better containers in the same sectors. Not a container to route around, but never a reason to backtrack either.
